I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in a stunning location by the sea. The staff, especially Thomas Ross, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The building was superb, with amazing views from the dorm, kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. The shower rooms were clean and the hot showers were great. The hostel also had plenty of free parking, which was convenient. Walking distance from the hostel, I found a fantastic fish and chips store and a breathtaking seaside walk. a clean and comfortable hostel with a great atmosphere.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The view from the room was excellant. Easy walk to town. Parking was ok
To expensive for this type of accomodation. My wife thought the bed was to hard, I thought it was ok. You could hear everthing from next door

Best described as gate way to the islands. Real useful for ferries out to Inner and outer hebrides.
All good - more connection with Mull and other Wildlife tourism destinations may help advertsing.

It looked nice on my arrival, and the room (an annex with rooms behind the main building) seemed clean although had white stains on the carpet. It was very handy that I could arrive anytime up to 23.00hrs. The room was well heated.
I was given room 221..it was right next door to the boiler room and I woke every 2 hrs to hear the pump (I presume) clicking on and off every few seconds for about 15mins..after 3.15 am, I could not get back to sleep.

The hotel is in a lovely area on the promenade with plenty of parking. The staff is accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. The rooms with private bathrooms offer properly working showers and gorgeous views over the water.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Easy check-in and convenient private parking made my business trip hassle-free. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, and I could chill out and prepare my snacks easily. The hostel also provided a filling Scottish breakfast, which kept me energized throughout the day.
The room could have been warmer, and the bathroom was not sparkling clean. The location was also a bit far from key places like Tesco and the pier.

Location. Friendly staff. Decor. Facilities including toys in lounge for children. Parking. Very good all round.
No wiping cloths in kitchen. Timer on light in shower (103) was faulty so light would go off after 10 seconds. Wifi price too high - people are used to it being free. Hot water in toilet by front door too hot to use.
